You can check in from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage in the hotel's luggage area free of charge until you are ready to check into your room. If the room is cleaned and ready before 3:00 PM, you can check in earlier. Please contact the hotel for more information.

On your departure day, you can use your room until 11:00 am. If you wish to check out after 11:00 am, please contact reception. Please note that a fee applies for late check-out after 11:00 am.

Please contact the hotel to guarantee your reservation even in case of late arrival. The hotel's contact information can be found on the hotel website.

Pets are not allowed in our hotels for hygiene reasons.

Bookings made on the website or by phone can be changed by phone or email. Please contact our central reservations department on +49 30 897 83-0 . Bookings made through tour operators or third-party providers (booking.com or similar) must also be changed there.

Yes, you can book without paying for your reservation in advance. Payment will be made at the hotel instead. However, Saver Rate reservations and some promotional offers must be paid for at the time of booking.

A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via the booking system. When booking, you must provide your name, address, email address, arrival and departure dates and payment method. It is important that you provide your email address as you will receive your booking confirmation in your email inbox.

Different booking conditions apply depending on the rate you book. To book a room at enjoy Hotels, you must be at least 18 years old. If you book a room for a minor (under 18 years old), you are responsible for him and his actions, regardless of whether you stay in the room with the minor or not.

The cancellation policy depends on the rate you have booked. Please always read the detailed rate description. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or if the selected rate provides for different rules, cancellations cannot be made later than 6 p.m. local time on the day of arrival. If you leave your hotel stay without cancelling in advance, or if your cancellation is received after 6 p.m. local time on the day of arrival, we will charge you 90% of the cost of the entire booked stay. If the hotel incurs costs that are explicitly attributable to your booking, you will also be responsible for reimbursing these costs.

The city of Berlin charges a tourism fee of 5% of the overnight price per non-resident guest and day of stay. Only study travelers with appropriate proof are exempt from this. The guest must provide the relevant proof. In hotels, the total price applies regardless of whether an overnight tax or culture and tourism tax is payable, especially when booking through third-party providers (booking.com etc.).

For certain room rates, an advance payment is required. Please read our rate information on our homepage. The amount to be paid is shown on the final invoice. If you cancel the room after the cancellation period has expired, the hotel is entitled to retain the room price or the advance payment. The hotel bill is generally due for payment upon receipt of the invoice, usually upon arrival at the hotel. In our hotels, you can pay in euros, cash or with debit/credit cards.
